Choose Growth Over Decay

November 26, 2010
Friday of the 34th Week of Ordinary Time

Alleluia, alleluia.  Stand erect and raise your heads because your redemption is at hand.  Alleluia, alleluia.

We’re either Growing or Decaying;
choose Growth
- any attempt to foster the status quo
is a futile effort in delaying decay

Today's Readings:
Rev 20:1-4,11--21:2
Ps 84:3-6a, 8a (Rev. 21:3b)
Luke 21:29-33

In today's Gospel, Jesus teaches about the "Kingdom of God" and "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away."

Transcending Mediocrity is about learning Jesus' words, today; and prepare ourselves for the "Kingdom of God."  Continuous growth is the key to avoiding the decay of mediocrity and the status quo; and the mantra to prepare for Heaven.
